Turning on gratuities (tips)

Team members do not receive tips on third party delivery or pickup orders. However, Indigo’s online menu has the feature to accept gratuities/tips from customers. The tips entered by the customers are the restaurants to keep, so your employees have an incentive to advertise the online menu to customers. The sales reports distinguishes tips from the actual sales amount, so it is a simple process of maintaining the tips received by the restaurants.
