Goal: Avoid No-Show Customers from Online Sales

Select “Credit card at the time of sale” as the only payment method

Indigo’s online menu allows restaurants to decide how customers will pay for their orders.  

Payment options include:

o credit card payment at the time of order 
o credit card during pickup or delivery  
o cash/credit card during pickup or delivery. 

Indigo recommends offering ONLY credit card payment at the time of online orders. This option ensures orders are paid in advance, eliminating the loss from no-show customers.
