O3 allows restaurants to create a delivery zone for in-house delivery. Once the in-house delivery zones are created, O3 redirects customers with a delivery addresses outside of the zone(s) to the third party delivery partner. 

This ensures the restaurant does not lose sales just because the customer’s delivery address is outside of the restaurant’s delivery zone.
