Can I choose to do both in-house delivery and use third party delivery services?

YES 

O3 allows restaurants to combine in-house and third-party delivery services.  

You can set the criteria to drive delivery orders to either your in-house team or third party services. 

– Simply create an in-house delivery radius, so all delivery orders within the zone are fulfilled by your in-house team. Customers with an address outside of the radius are redirected to your third party delivery partners. 

– You can adjust your in-house delivery times, so orders received in this time will be fulfilled by your in-house team. Delivery orders received outside of the in-house delivery window will be redirected to your outside partners.
